Palette Space is looking for one creative and motivated individualto join our studio and cafe team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about art, enjoys working with people and is willing to grow in both creative and barista skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in art classes, workshops and studio activities

Support cafe operations as a barista

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

Assist students and customers in a friendly manner

Help with social media content, event setup and daily operations when needed.
Requirements

Preferred: Prior experience as a barista or in cafe work

Genuine interest in art and willingness to learn painting and creative skills

Good communication, listening and teaching skills (English & Dzongkha)

Friendly, responsible, hardworking and eager to learn

Ability to work well with children and groups

Must be punctual, respectful and maintain a positive attitude
Training Requirement
As part of the learning process at Palette Space, selected candidates will be required to attend one month of painting classes to develop fundamental artistic skills and better understand the creative environment of the studio. Class fees will be applicable.

Salary
Starting salary: NU. 15,000 per month + commissions from workshops/classes.
