Lingshi Yugyel Dzong

Lingshi Dzong, situated in an altitude of 4000 meters above sea level, is constructed by the third Druk Desi Minjur Tenpa to defend the country border against Tibet. The Dzong is used as administration residence for the Drungkhag of Lingshi. The dark dungeons deep below the surface of the Dzong have been used as prison for murderer and temple robbers.
